Good morning parents/guardians,
Due to the uncertainly of when City facilities will reopen we are issuing refunds to all participants. Refunds will be pro-rated and will reflect the amount paid for classes that were cancelled. Your refund will appear on your ACTIVENET account which is used to register your child for City classes/programs and is not to be confused with your personal bank account, credit card, etc. If you would like your refund in the form of a check please contact me at the email or phone number listed below, I will need to confirm the correct address that the check will be mailed to. We are unable to provide a date of when checks will be processed at this time. If you have any additional questions about your refund, please feel free to contact me.
